Let's Be Friends
Hey guys, a few months back I made a move on changing from playsand to a thinnish layer of black tahitian moonsand by Caribsea Super Naturals, and with a mishap of me dropping my nametag into the tank (my tag is a magnet with a metal back as opposed to a pin) I realized this sand is pretty highly magnetic. While the fish don't seem bothered by it right now, magnetic things in my fish tank are pretty worrying. The bag says this stuff is pH neutral and all, but I'm full aware that some companies aren't the most trust-able in their products.
What exactly is this sand? Will it cause harm to my fish in the future? What do I do?
