it gaurds a plant and looks straight into it.

can you help me or what.
do you know any one who can help me

try surpey tetra

Ah,

Me thinks you mean serpae tetra. Perhaps its because you only have 2 and they should be in a group of at least 6. What size tank are they in?

there in a 58 gallon tank.
they sometimes chase each other but most of the time they gaurd the plant.
what should i do

Serpae Tetra - Hyphessobrycon eques

why is it gaurding a plant though.
why is it behaving like this
it wont let any other fish near it apart from the other serpae.
Help!!!

Don't know why you are so worried, it must feel comfortable by the plant and that is his territory. If he is eating and no other weird behavior he will be fine. CALM DOWN. Just get 4 more and things should be fine. Any tetra need at least 6 to be happy.
