My Sucking/nibbling Firetail Guppy...

...well just thought id share with you lot my experience with my favourite guppy for no other reason other than I was amazed

Well today I was cleaning my tank and my 2 platy and 4 guppy seemed very intrigued as to what was going on. So I dipped my finger into the water and one of the firetail guppys ive got came right up to it and started sucking/nibbling on it, I was amazed that this little fish would come up to a big human it hasnt known that long, there great fish!

The thing about it is, its the one guppy I felt sorry for in the fish store! Its colouring wasnt as vibrant as the other firetails I bought as if it had faded, so I bought it to see if I could restore its colour.

Is this what they usually do? Also why has it become faded compared to the rest?

Ill deffinately be getting some more guppies now rather than getting other species I was thinking of after ive got my water stats of my tank under control

All of my livebearers nibble on my fingers if I put them in the tank...free spa treatment. lol

got to be fair i love guppies even females i think there awsome colours and there really fun to watch as there constantly shaaging lol excuse me french love bringing up the fry to its fantastic seeing how they grow up and the colours they gain from there parents ...
