My Stripped Raphel Had Started Eating My Other Fish

I need some help! a couple of days ago one of my halfbeaks dissappeared and just now a came downstairs and noticed my stripped raphel had one of my mollies in his mouth a was tring to eat him . I quickly saved my molly who appears to be O.K. for now. But this has gotten me confused because i have had this fish for a very long time and he has never before tried to eat another fish. My rapheal is 5.5" and the moly is 2" the halfbeak was probably around the same size. So is my Rapheal not getting feed enough or does he like my fish better than his food?

These fish are carnivores so will eat any fish they can fit in their mouths. You may have to take it back to the shop or set up a tank just for him.
