Just curious would these be alright in a 29 gallon aquarium?

2 Diadem Dottyback View

1 Neon Goby View

1 Brown Saddle Clown View

1 False Ocellaris Clonw View

In a small aquarium with small inhabitants, that species of dottyback might get a little over-aggressive towards his tankmates. Other dottys are less aggressive than that one, but the two types of purple/yellow dottys dont always play nice with others :)

Okay let's replace the 2 Dottybacks with 2 4 stripe damsels would that work.

Damsels are just as agressive i don't think it would be a good idea putting them in there

Also, two different clown species isn't a good idea in such a small tank

Agreed. Damsels are probably even more aggressive than the Dottys. I'd consider a small wrasse (fairy/flasher), some fancy gobies, firefish, or perhaps a springer psuedochromis "Pseudochromis Springeri" if you like the dottybacks.

If you want something like the Diadem Dottyback but with less aggresive try a Royal Gramma... :good:

And instead of the saddleback clown you could try a black perc it would pair up with your normal one which is pretty cool ;)
