My Resurrected Shrimp

I am medicating my main tank so i removed all my shrimp to the QT yesterday. When I woke up this morning (almost 24 hrs later) I found a shrivelled shrimp on my kitchen floor!

I picked him up and put him in my qt tank to see but he just floated on top so i went to pick him up to dispose of the body when he suddenly darted down and swam off. He then started eating.

Now for the past 20 minutes he's gone from lying on his back for 2 mins to darting around the tank to calmly eating and then back to lying on his back again.

Anyone else had this happen? If so did the shrimp recover? I'm amazed it made it 24 hrs without water!

i had a couple of shrimp not long ago, mine lay on thir backs twitching for about 25 min but they both seemed ok after. then the next day both were gone died

I kept rock shrimp for a bit, mine did that before shedding their outer shells! leaving a see throgh exo-skeleton behind, it may be that
