my platy gave birth yeasterday and now looks like a pine cone and is still fat im worried she is dieing wot should i do ?

if she looks like a pine cone it could be dropsy. could you get a picture?, my platty (only have the 1 female) has never looked like a pinecone after giving birth

The pine coning doesn't sound good.
If you could get a picture I'm sure someone could tell you what it might be.
I've never had a Platy look like that after birth, normally they go back to being slim
