Right, so far so good. It's a bit early to tell but the cheapo aquatic compost seems to be doing the job. It took a few days for the water to clear but that was mostly because the flow rate on my filter was too high!
I moved some dwarf hair grass, a dwarf sag and some hygrophillia from my large tank less than 24 hours ago. All of these plants were showing signs of dying off, browning leaves with small holes etc and already they have started to recover. ANd in low light conditions with no liquid ferts added....
