My Planst R Growing But

all my plants seem to be growing well , but I do have this blk hairy algae on some leaves. I think the biological/chemical balance is not quite set in my aquarium yet, its been up and running for 4 or 5 weeks already. I do have some fast growers(like 17+ fast growers Like: anarcharis, villisneria Italian and cabomba) and it is heavily planted...like I have 30+ plants planted in a 30 gallon



Should I wait unti the biological/chemical balance kicks in? or do something now?thx

oh and 25 bubbler per min , it has co2 too

Most tanks get algae in the early stages, so keep up the CO2, ferts and tank maintenance/water changes and in principle the plants should soon control the algae.
