Hi all!
I went on a little "adventure" outside tonight. Just outside my dorm room is a pond, and lots of trees. I liked the leaves-in-the-tank thing of somebody's (sorry, can't remember who) so much that I just had to go collect my own leaves
I found a bunch of Oak leaves and they're currently drying. For my "pregnant" Ghost Shrimp, I got some pond water in a gallon jug. Then I cut the jug down some and added some water from the aquarium. I added a few leaves and Anacharus plants. After it warms up, I shall put my pregnant shrimp in there and see if I can't get some babies! 
I'll let everyone know how it works. My Platy is munching leaves off of his Anacharus plant right now. They sure do like those leaves.
Now I should really go do homework
I have to write a report on a coliform lab for Microbiology. Yay.
