My Old, Low-tech Planted Tank

This is my Old, Low-tech tank. It's changed a lot now, because I didn't consider the
layout and just let it grow into a 'jungle'. Now there is less plants.

It was my first go at a planted tank.

One of the reasons I had to take out the plants was because of the lilies.
They grew extremely fast and I had to prune the lily pads at the top regulary,
eventually I couldn't cope with it so I removed it. The Hygrophila and the Bacopa
were fast growers too.

No, it's not that old. This picture was taken a couple of years back.

Looks Good! When the moss starts growing on the lava rock and the carpeting plant starts to flourish, it will look excellent...
