To move forward it would help if you answered the questions in my last post. We can then get the ball rolling.

ok sorry for not including information in the last post  So i my filter seems to cycle through 757 liters a hour...im from the US so it was a little bit of a rough translation. I do a regular 25% water change every Monday and balance the Ph and remove all chlorine...with a PRIME remover used for such things.... I also dose Seachem Flourish into the tank every 3 days...my water is at about a 6.8. For Co2 the bubbles are deffinetly very small which i know is needed...all the Co2 doesnt drift through out the tank though...i would say a estimate of 50% does...i do not have a Drop Checker...but ill go and look for one.

Would it be easier to give the filter flow rate in gallons per hour?
Water changes need to be increased nearer to 50%. This is because the added CO2 increases plant growth. As a result, the metabollic waste that the plants produce also increase. We need to remove these, hence water changes of around 50% per week. The waste could otherwise build up thus harming fish or causing algae.
Dosing Seachem Flourish every 3 days is fine however you also need to source some macro nutrients. Flourish is only good for trace elements. Macro elements are nitrogen, phosphorus and potassimum. Plants need these much more than trace elements. They especially need lots because the increase in CO2 increases the nutrient uptake.
I'd say you need to increase your flow/circulation. The filter doesnt seem to be enough. There are some really good powerheads out there that can provide flow. Hydor Koralias are good. As a guide, you want 10 times the volume of the tank turned over every hour (that's minimum for a tank with CO2). So, your tank would require atleast 113litres per hour or 300gallons per hour.
It's important that the drop checkers contain the right solutions. Using tank water is useless. It has to be 4dkh water and bromo blue reagent.

ok...i was looking at buying a powerhead....so as far as macro nutrients...were could i get these...are there any commercial products that i could regularly find in my local fish store...and now that basics are covered im assuming..what would be the next step!?

I would recommend buying dry ferts of potassium nitrate and mono potassium phosphate which can be mixed into their own seperate liquid fert. Look into EI (estimative index) dosing method. It's cheaper and pretty easy. There is a post around here somewhere around the forums that provides great and in-depth explanation for it. I would give +10 to the powerhead, the increased flow will greatly benefit you.

how can i get those supplements for the plants in a common form or product that i could get my hands on?

ok so what would be the next step...like the aquascaping part...im horrible at it and would really appreciate some help
