Started off with an Elite 35L, wanted a bigger one so drove 60 miles to pick up my perfect new tank - Juwel Rekord 80

I have 3 Peppered Cory Cats, 2 Albino Cory Cats, 6 Neon Tetras, 1 Clown Pleco and 2 Bolivian Rams - all of which you can see in the pictures.

Side view of the tank - can see the Pleco on the bogwood:

Other side of the aquarium, few fish showing, one peppered cory hiding in one of the plant pots:

Full front shot of tank - sorry about quality:

All my Tetras, my pair of rams and even some corys:

Just got the plants yesterday, i love the one on the left, so bushy and provides shade for the fish. The coconut cave in the middle has a cutout on the otherside so they can go in there for privacy, plus the airstones under there and bubbles come through the top hole. The cave on the left and bogwood on the right is Mr Pleco's territory lol, anyone who go's into that cave gets chased out

Ideally, i want more of those grass type plants (next to bogwood) to cover that corner of the aquarium around the bogwood, just for a place where the fish can chill etc. Wouldnt mind a few more plants but not sure what. Also wouldnt mind a few more cory cats to keep the others company, but i know im probably already stocked (maybe even a little overstocked).

Any compliments or criticisms welcome. Suggestions would be nice too :good:

Let me know what you think.

:good: i think it looks quite nice :) no advise im afraid i like it as it is.

Oh i also meant to say i wouldnt mind another bit of bogwood, and a few rocks somewhere. And OMG, that cory in the plant pot, i think hes dead, hes on his side now  I hope hes okay :/

Okay hes okay. Damn he was on his side, stuck a ruler in and nudged the pot and he swam out.

looks great but think it would look better with a blue/black backgroud, will make the fish stand out more :good:

May do that in future, i just bought this one with the tank as i had a similar one for my old tank, plus i was a Juwel one, was considering getting the 3D Juwel ones but didnt have time to stick them on and wait for it to dry.

Wow! That's a really nice setup! I didn't know you could put coconuts in a fish tank! :hyper:

Thats pretty cool :hyper:

I'd try switiching the centre coconut with the orange pots,
Just to see wot he'd look like :good:

I would add more plants and w big peice of bog wood. Maybe some more fish would be good :p

I bought the rams as i thought theyd occupy the middle of the tank, they havent so far as such lol. So i got some tetras to do the job, which they usually do. Only other fish i could think that would stay at the top are Rasbora's and Molly's, but i dont really want more of them.

Wouldnt mind some more cory's but i think im already stocked.
