OK well now it is time for me to thing of a name. Also it is hard for me to take a decent photo as he is just staying right a the topp atm. Once he settles in will he mix with my neons?

To be more precise it's a orange male tuxedo or half black Guppy. Pretty boy  Simon your guppy's a male first because it have rod like fin called a gonopodium(the silver "fin" under the belly, shown in the 2nd pic) and its has colour all over it's body, female guppies don't have as much body colouring, and their tails don't grow as fancy as the males. For instance, these are my female guppies

Again, beautiful boy

Well sadly my fish has died durring the night.

Maybe it needs some plants, currently I dont have any plants in my tank because my angle just rips them up stright away. What plants would my anglefish not rip up?

Sorry about your guppy. :byebye:

I would suggest java fern. You can tie it down with fishing line to a piece of bogwood or driftwood.

You might also want to consider some floating plants (java moss or hornwort).

Yes I might also put it at the side of the tank where the neon's hang out. Actully i think my angelfish is more scared of the neons than the neons are of the angel seen it is one angel vs 14 neons

*sigh* I always feel like the bad guy..

But.. my friend.. your tank is HORRIBLEY overstocked! You cant keep an angel in a 5 gallon! It will QUICKLY out grow that tank, reaching sometime,s up to 18 inches from tip to tip. Half your angel would be out of the water! You need atleast a 20 or 29 gallon tank for the angel alone.

The neons? The angel will EAT the neons. Right now the nagel may be small, but not for long. And you have WAY too many in there. Does your tank not look like a pet shop tank? Do you not NOTICE your craming your fish into unaccepttable, horrible conditions?

Your guppy died most likely from filthy water and not nearly enough room to move. I wouldnt be surprised if your angel did some damange either.

Please, fix this, because that has got to be the worst over stocking case Ive come across in a while.
