My new discus

I got him last night, 2 mroe on the way (new discus)...

please excuse my algae, it is a recent outbreak

still need a name for him, any ideas?

Thank you, the white ball im guessin is marble, ive had it since i started fish keeping. It was in my mothers 'waterfall' it spun at the top from water pushing it. and it think the plants are water sprite(sp?) and some duckweed? thats waht i was told.



and yeah sadly the tank is only 55 gallons, i wish it were more.. hmmmm

would suggest to get rid of all the duckweed and plant the plants. your tank is perfect for discus
