Thanks, guess I will have to think of something

Hi again

Just to say Shark Cats grow very fast, well mine did anyway and the sooner you put them into Brackish the better. And no more impulse buying for your boyfriend. I must say the Shark Cats are available in a lot of LFS and I have never seen a label on a tank saying that they are brackish and how large they will grow.

Yeah, he said the sign said they will grow to 12 inch (this store is often incorrect on most things lol.. like a post I made in a different section they gave me a tetra when I asked for a silver dollar) anyways.. and no it did not say anything about brackish water and they have them in fresh. It may just be better to give them to a home with a brackish tank if this process takes to long for us, but I really like them, so I dont know.

awesome tank- god i miss having fish but i just can't look after them just now- good to see videos like that now and again- thanks lol
i noticed a little archer swimming around- you just have one? also do you feed it crickets at all?

Hi Ferco

Glad you like the tank.
Yes you are right I only have got one Archer as I have got 7 Monos and I don't think the tank could cope with 4 or 5 more Archers. The Archer feeds on the same then the rest of the fish, blood worm, brine shrimp etc.
At the moment all the fish are on a diet as I've got a nitrate problem in the tank. It is a pain doing water changes every day on a big tank like that.
