Topic kind of explains it all. I purchased a small Yellow Tang, and this dwarf Bicolor angel...They are both shy as of right now due to the fact that they have been in the tank for less than 24 hours. Anyways though, The tang took right to eating my green algae and the frozen Brine (with garlic guard added). The angel on the other hand won't eat what I am giving him, He is picking at the rocks - But I don't think he is eating food that has stuck to the rock work.

I was not aware these fish were normally finky eaters, I'm going to pick up some angel frozen food tomorrow and see if that works, should I be worried or is he still just getting use to the tank? Other than not eating he is perfectly healthy, when I lie down and watch, or stay put - He swims around allowing the cleaner wrasse and skunk shrimps to do take a bite or too off of him...all while grazing the rocks.

most dwarf angels will graze rocks alll day long. some will be picky eaters, have you tried mysis?

Bicolor angels are omnivores so they may just prefer grazing on LR, just depends on the fish sometimes.

I will also add that most marine fish dont always eat for a few days due to stress, give him time and should be ok. But do try mysis aswell, if not ttry live brineshrimp.
