My New Betta

Heres my new betta with his bubble nest which has more than doubled in size over night!

well ive got some females coming, Im not sure if im going to spawn them though, need to research it first

He has the same colors as my male betta Kenni.
Just a question,my betta keeps making bubble nests. People say it's because they are happy to be in the tank, but other people tell me I should get a female and sbreed them. I think that it would be too much work. Do I just leave him alone or do I introduce a female?

I wouldn't breed them if you don't want to. Just because the fish is looking for some action doesn't mean he'll be unhappy if he doesn't get any. Well he might be just a little bit bummed I would take the bubble nest as a sign he's feeling happy and comfortable.

yep my boys make bubble nests cos they are happy...most of them would run a mile if they saw a pretty girl! They make them for their Mum!....me

I think he's anoyed at me lol I did a water change ad it messed his nest up, and he hasnt rebuilt it! Hes lovely coloured!

He may be annoyed....but don't worry...he'll build another one =) He's very cute! And that bubblenest is a nice size!! Any ideas what you're going to name him??
