Thats a Metriaclima Greshakei I think (I have two of these) or its a Pseudotropheus Maylandia emmiltos which is similar if not the same fish

Its a cracker either way

Not sure on teh Albino...first thing that came to mind was a Albino Yellow Lab.

If it is a Socolofi Or Yellow Lab it will have transparent patches where the black should be.
