My New Ancistrus Sp. Rio Ucayali

Just a quick post to show my new additions. They are Ancistrus sp. Rio Ucayali. I'm pretty chuffed with them, especially when planetcatfish calls them rare.

Cheered my up no end after selling my breeding Sulawesi Rabbit snails

How big do they grow?

6.3 inches according planetcatfish. I cant wait to see if the white spots get bigger as they do or if they get bigger or???

I just dont know as there isn't much info or many keepers around

they have now been re-identified on PLANETCATFISH as L182 Starlight Bristlenose plecs. Think I'll give the shop a ring as they still have 1 or 2

Very nice but im 99% sure thats not a L182. Im not sure what it is but L182 have smaller but more spots and dont have the reddish tints to the fins.

Mmmmmmmm, very nice mate, seen one identified as a starlight in LFS a while back but it wasn't as nice as what I'm looking at just now, cool find
