my lfs rarley sells them but glassfish, (or something like that) they are amazing. they are literally tranceparent i got myself one around a week ago and im inlove with it
or maby a school of tetres but im not sure on the tetras
Nope, the goby is a light tan-gray color. Looks almost like a miniature Erythrinus erythrinus, only without the reddish color.I think the guppies and platies will be okay, so long as you make sure each species is all the same sex. The goby you're thinking of is probably a bumblebee goby, black and yellow stripes? Does that sound about right? If so, he might do better in slightly brackish water, though I've heard of fw being fine too. Not too sure on that one. However, I've heard that they can be fussy to feed, only taking live or frozen foods, so unless you're committed to that, I would stray away. And I think the shrimp would be fine.

Before you want to buy red zebra danios please read this article http/www.practicalfishkeeping.co.uk/pfk/...p?article_id=72
Also zebra danios prefer to have large swimming space because they are very active swimmers and they prefer to be in groups of 6+.
You could put a dwarfpuffer in that tank but probably not more then 1 because they can be agressive.
And I thought that Chanda ranga had to be kept in brackish water, maybe I'm mistaken?my lfs rarley sells them but glassfish, (or something like that) they are amazing. they are literally tranceparent i got myself one around a week ago and im inlove with itor maby a school of tetres but im not sure on the tetras
are you talking about this fish chanda ranga
or about this fish Kryptopterus minor ?
the first one will reach a lenght of 3.5inches and will need to be in group so that's not possible in a 5gallon and the second one will reach a lenght of 6inches so that's just to big and they also need to be in group
