Hi all

Finally got my 2ft tank setup, its a Light-glo tank which i got for £15.

i am probably going to put a bit more hairgrass in there to get a bit more base cover. anything else anyone thinks would look good in there? i'm going for an amazon setup so will get tetras, hatchets etc, but without making it look like a typical lounge setup with loads of bright coloured fish!

my other question is that would this be sufficient for putting CO2 in the tank for the plants without starving the fish? ebay CO2 kit

i still have a few weeks to go before i put any fish in and want to get the plants well established before anything gets in there that could up root them.

thanks in advance
steve

ps sorry for poor picture quality, its from my phone.

very very nice :good:

lovely wood in the tank =]

likeaaronnorth said, liquid carbon is a very good way to go, and a 1000ml bottle will last you a LONG time with brilliant results!

brilliant thanks, i'll give the easycarbo stuff a go.

just on a side note are these dip-test strips ok for water testing or is is best to go for the liquid testers?
