Oi Well, I wonder how many idiots went out and did that after the film? Probably quite a lot.

Well maybe not the sushi part by I think people must have gone off and put clownfish in a bowl after they saw Nemo... That's what happenned with the 101 Dalmatians - everyone went out and bought a dali pup. Not to mention when the 102 Dalmatians appeared everyone went for white dals which usualy have terrible health problems and shouldn't realy be bred in the first place. Then there's Lassie that got all colies being called 'lassie dogs' - how annoying! Nemo fish, lassie dogs... Lol ok my rant's over cause I just realised how ridiculous I must sound!

I think in some ways it can be good though. We weren't avid fish keepers until our son got obsessed about fish himself. We kept a hand ful of varieties including Bettas, and we were fairly much ignorant then. But he kept bringing up he wanted a fish tank for christmas. We started doing research, as his inspiration was Nemo, and marines we felt were far too difficult for beginners like us to tackle. So we went and brought a fully set up tank with fish in it of the tropical variety, and now we suffer from MTS. Having said that we are lots more educated and really stoked on our fishkeeping hobby/obsession.
