Hi! im new to this forum, so im really sorry if i have posted this in the wrong bit

Im worried about my moor fish - he has been really unwell recently. He has had cloudy eye for just over a week and is being treated for that. He was quite miserable at the start but began to cheer up. This morning he was at the bottom on his tank, just sitting there. i did a complete water change, adding all the chemicals and the treatment as usual - although he appears to now have the hiccups? i was told by a friend to put chopped up peas in the water - as it may help? i was just wondering whether anyone could help me?

Thanks in advance! xx

Hi and welcome :good: if you feed peas then boil them and remove the shells this way they are soft and easily edible for fish. peas are good for constapated fish as veg will make them poo regular, im not sure whats wrong with your fish but it sounds a bit more than being blocked up.... it wont hurt to feed them though.

You would be better off reposting this in the Coldwater/goldfish section.
Goldfish experts there can advise you better.
Anyway, peas can't hurt so try that suggestion.
Good luck!
