My Melanochromis Maingano Is Getting Little White Spots!

hey all, i think i might have white spot on my fish, there are tiny little white spots starting to show up around there mouth and body, these white spots are only realy realy small, so small my camera wont even take a clear picture of them, what do u guys think they are?


i need a quick responce so i know if i have to go buy some medication before the shop closes!
