My Local Chinese Is Going Downhill

My local Chinese take-away has a corner tank, no bigger than 190L. The stocking was poor at best with 2 blood parrots, 4 convicts, 1 cigar shark (Leptobarbus hoevenii) a BN, and 2 congo tetra.

Popped in there last night (my body is a temple) and things have taken a significant turn for the worse. They've put two brown lobsters/crayfish (no idea of the species) in there. I'll be keeping a close eye on that tank - if anything goes missing I'll be avoiding the seafood dishes for a while.....

Mmm, delicious fish special.

My Chinese used to have African cichlids in a tank under the counter in horrible conditions. One day they were all gone and there was a lizard there instead

These takeaway shops make me sick and that's nor just the food the 1 close to me has a tank maybe 60 litres big and they have got all diferent gold fish and I went in there and 2 were on their side on the top struggling to breathe and swim so I told them about it and they said its ok they are resting they just haven't got a clue about how to look after fish

My local takeaway has a tank about 1 cubic metre with five huge koi/goldfish at least 14in long each and very chunky. Miraculously they have managed to keep them all alive and relatively well for 2 years. Must have awesome filtration.
