its only a 35ltr tank but it is very neat, and i have just refurbished the inside with new plants an wood:

insight is my male dwarf gourami and black widow tetra.
outta sight is my 2 neon tetras (more coming), male platy, bornze cory and sucking catfish.
i was thinking of purchasing 6 neon tetras an leaving my tank at that, not sre if thats too many?

thats an amazing little tank! its great to see people focusing on smaller tank...i love them!!

if i were you, however, id focus on up-ing the number of black skirts...i dont think your lone black skirt appreciates being on his/her own. that way you could also loose the 2 neons, as they need to also be in groups of atleast 6, and get your male dwarf gourami a female lol
