my hood and lighting unit

hey guys there a quite a few plants in my tank and i am concerned the light is not strogn enough, here is a pick of the lightin unit how esay would tis be to change if necessary, the specs of the light are:


sylvania
gro lux
f15w/gro

would it simly be a matter of drilling some new holes in the hood, and moving that lighting unit and then attachig another???
