My Guppy is like nemo! lol

I was looking at my fish last night and noticed that one of my female guppies had only one fin! On the other side was just like a little stick But she seems to be swimming about ok, very well in fact, Could a fish have done this to her or is it a birth defect?

Have you noticed any aggressive behaviour in the tank before?
