My Grand Daughter

is just 19 months old and her favourite word is "Fish" wonder why? She was in her Nans kitchen this morning saying fish, fish, fish...yes OK I get the message! On her way home we popped in the aquatic centre down the road she was in heaven, looking in all the tanks going fish, fish, fish. She looked in 3 empty tanks going no...no...no...We had to drag her out of the centre!
Wonder who she takes after?

My little cousin said she wanted to get a goldy and I started lectruing her about how they aren't supposed to be kept in bowls... yada yada yada... now she doesn't talk about fish to me anymore!!

i am the same when my mu says oh thats a pretty fish, yeah but it will get way to big for my tank

my mom does not care. I am trying to tell her how to breed my bettas and she says "Why cant you breed them in the tank there in". I just gave up on trying to tell people so now I am making a site.lol

yeah my mum keeps saying my male is lonely and needs one of the females in with him but of course i know not to do that

my mom listens. the one thing she doesn't get is why they have to be in tanks that are a gallon plus. she thinks as long as they're bigger than the little itty bitty containers they're in (they have "room" to swim) and they're getting enough water changes, they'll be fine. hence why i haven't upgraded my boys yet

My mom listens... but doesn't really get it she says I should put my bettas in the community (like they'd get along with very nippy guppies ) so they had more room and "friends" . I tell her I want living, or at least healthy fish

my dad helps me out with my fish, but my mom's pretty much scared to touch him after i found out that she might have been overfeeding him. she and my sister don't understand why we spend so much money on "just a fish." like when we got him a heater and how we want to get him a new tank. my mom just rolls her eyes at me.
