Sorry to hear about your fish, can you give us some more information please:
  1. How long has your fish had these lumps?
  2. What tank is your fish in?
  3. Are there other occupants in the tank?
  4. If yes, to 3, are any others affected?
  5. Where are you located, and can you add this into your profile as different treatments are in different countries etc.
There are also some other questions asked within this section of the forum, feel free to add to the above if you have these answers too.

You Pleco's are not good to be in your tank so you should try to rehome them.
2 Reasons:
1. The big one will grow much bigger and outgrow your tank very soon
2. The Pleco's are tropical fish

If you get rid of your Pleco's then you could get some Borneo Sucker/Hill Stream Loach's which are coldwater. They do like a strong filter flow however they are fine with a calmer one. You may want to get more than one for your tank size.
