My goldfish has been swimming like this on and off since i got her over a year ago i have tried feeding bloodworm as i heard this helps but it did nothing but make them happy lol.

Its a swim bladder problem, feeding shelled peas and nothing else for a week may help if it is just caused by constipation, I dont know that much about it but a post in the coldwater section should get some good answers.
