My Goldfish Soz Is Ill

I stood on my goldfish by accident some months ago and it seemed to recover fine but now his colour is fadeing and his poo is white what is wrong with it? Please help.

Unfortunately, what you have listed is very vauge symptoms. To start with, what are your water stats (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and pH), what is your tank size, what is the temp, and what fish are in the tank?

Besides being pale and white poop, are there any other physical symptoms?

Welcome to the forums.
I'm sorry about the accident. Usually white stringy poo is a sign of an internal parasite or some other disease so its not as good sign. But as asked above, what size of tank is your goldfish in, temperature of it, tank mates, etc so we can help further.
Also, if you can take a picture of it that will also help.

Does the fish look bloated, or swim strangely like tip up when it swims, as if you stood on him you could of damage the swim bladder.
Going pale is a sign of stress.
White stringy poo can be constipation what do you feed the fish, also it can indicate a bacterial infection, check the anus to see if it looks enlarged or red and inflamed.
Also has tttnjfttt as asked tank size in gallons or litres, how many fish are in the tank and which type, plus stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, and what filter do you use.
