i see it, but i think thats why it died. there is only one and neons need to be in groups. i suggest you get some more rasboras and those other tetra

hes been fine for about a year when his other died.

trace-he is always near the angel and on his lower left side

Sorry for you lose but your angel looks just like mine too, O and get more harlequin rasboras for sure, I only had 3 in my tank for a while since I rehomed them from my sisters tank and when I bought them 3 new buddies last week they are so much happier and swim around SOOO much more.
