ok well they are now big enough for my camera to find them lol but its still not clear :

also what age can u sex them
and when do they get their colours
mine are about 1 week and a half

looking a good size, how many is there do you think?? i know you cant count exactly

Wont be able to sex them for a while yet, depending on what colours some may become visible within a month but tend to change anyway

hi umm last time i counted as soon as i turned the light on there was about 20 but maybe a little more it wasnt a large spawn tbh

yeh colour wise i have noticed that a few of them are no longer that yellowy colour they normaly are but they are a redy bronze colour

i also have a deforemed one who i hope survives and dsnt die he/she is my new fav its back is bent in the middle i love deformed fish lol but it will stay with me for ever lol

Some people will probably advise you to kill it, but in my opinion if it swims ok, can get about and can eat then there is no reason to not save it.

This is Cruc, he had a S shaped spine, he was from my first spawn, I kept him but he unfortunately died in November when I had a mystery illness

yeh the back looks similer to mine but mines further back and hes one of my biggest ones lol
i would never kill them unless they would clearly not make it im gonna call him a he cause i dont wont to call him a it lol
i hope he lives a long life
