Hi!!!!

I posted on the 21 Aug that I had fry! Can't believe it was that long ago. All in all over the course of about 4 weeks I found 9 fry. As they've grown, the oldest being nearly 2 months now, I seem to have 4 dalmation mollies, 3 silver mollies and 2 guppies. The 4 oldest fry are 2 mollies and 2 guppies who must have been born at the same time. It's possible the 2 I think are guppies might still turn into mollies! Anyway, I've set up a tank for them and all 9 are doing very well, no more born in teh big tank, either that they ahve been and all eaten, but I don't have room for anymore anyway. The wee fry tank is very small and once the fry are all growed up I'll have to rehome most of them (unless I get ANOTHER tank), hee hee.

Here's pics, not sure how much you can see, trying to get them to pose is a nightmre!

Yes, yes it is. But it was all I could get! It was a bargain buy tank, wasn't til I got it home I realised it didn't have a hood. And as it's not a standard size I can't get a hood that fits.

diy one,
get a piece of glass and cut it to the right size, then put a desk lamp above it. and your done. but make sure you make a handle  :p  i did that once, i made a custom lid with glass and it fit perfect, bit it had no handle so i couldn't get it off .

Did you use a toilet plunger to get the glass off?
