my friend has a fish problem

[fish are my life]

my friends goldfish has this white flaky stuff on its head and its swiming at the surface. i want to help him and i dont want his fish to die. what can i do?

I don't know vry much about fish, but would that be ich?

Sounds like Ich. I would try Melafix or somekind of Ich treatment. Try a parasite tab also.
