well last night my filter seemed to be 'ticking' and it wasnt really processing much water. so i couldnt be bothered to check it out last night and so this morning it was still ticking, so i took it out and took off the filter bit, and then the top part which houses the impeller and motor, couldn't see much wrong so plugged it in and it seemed that the impeller was catching somewhere, so i filed it all down and tried again, but it still was catching, then i held it upside down (like it would be in the tank) and it was fine, so i put it in the tank and half an hour later its started ticking and bad turnover again, has anyone ever had an experience like this before? how do you fix it? can you get filter motors anywhere? Thanks
