My Fish Is Being Bullied!

my poor fishy wishy is being bullied. I recently put a goldfish into my dads tank as the fish bowl clearly wasnt suitable. It keeps being bullied by a group of four fish. Is this becuase it is new? will it stop? anything I can do to resolve the situation?

Ive heard the fish are aggressive by nature, i dont know the species, but they are small, dark blue and brown in colour, and move in packs.

ONE MORE QUESTION

I have another goldfish in a bowl, it keeps gasping for breath at the top although i remove 40% of the water every couple of days and replace it with fresh treated water, will this lead to further problems?

Well what's in the tank for starters...

And does the bowl of the other fish have a filter, what are it's water parameters and how long has it been set up?

well i dont know whats in my dads tank, as i know almost nothing about fish, but the bowl has no filter as it has no room for it, its been set up for a few months, and holds around a gallon of water i think
