I just got my angle fish from live aquaria today and when I opened up the box, I found out that the angle was already dead. HOw do I get a refund from live aquaria?

I don't know personally, but you should search the website.
Lol, I was going to say you couls look in their catolog if you didn't have the interenet...but lol, that wouldn't make much sense lol.

Hi EliteFishy :)

Call their toll free number and tell them what happened. They will probably want you to go through the process of acclimating them to your water, just in case they might just be in shock or something.

I did a thread about my purchase from them here, and should probably update it.

It might take another phone call after you do this, but they have some very, very nice people in their customer service department and you should be able to get a full refund. I got one and it even included shipping. :D
