My Fish Are Sick Plz Help

if anyone could help me.ive had my fish about 7 months i have 3 spotted puffers and one medium sized topaz puffer they all get along and theirs no fin nipping or anything like that.i woke up this mornin and one of my green spotted puffer has partialy blown himself up and is swimming around with out any coorination i cant see any movent from his eyes either and thier normally looking around all the time.i have noticed that the rest of the fish are quite lathargic aswell and not eating normally feed on lance fish snails or mussel accoinsionaly the odd worm.plz advise

What is your salinity? 1.008+? Sounds like something in their water is poisoning them. Check your ammonia levels. Not sure earthworms are an appropriate diet. You should probably do a water change. Without seeing your tank I am not sure whats wrong with it. Sounds like your GSP's symptoms are more likely because of water quality than of a parasite or disease.

hi ive a 190 litre tank and i feed them the odd meal worm not earth worms i use marine salt for my salinity i also so feed them one in a while small fiddler crabs my salinity is around 1008 10010 the one that has blown himself up just wont go back down think im gona lose him

What size tank and what are the water stats?

to have 3 GSP and a Ceylon it had better be a huge tank.
