My Fish Are Dying! Plz Help...

2 of my fish have die n ther fins are being ripped apart... a week ago i bough a java plant from the pet store n put it on my fish tank... 2 days later 1 of my fish die and the 3 days after another one and today i found another one dead... do any of u think that the plan might have something to do with it... or is there another reson.??? plz help...

Maybe they are suffering from Fin rot.

What size tank is it and what fish have you got?
What are your water stats?
