i did alot of reading on this forum and a few other places. Just figured id post a picture. I worked really hard and im happy with how it came out. Water is still a little cloudy

My tank

Gonna start a fishless cycle tomorrow night

75 gallon tank (although it only holds 57 after sand and decor)

gonna be mostly small community fish (Zebra dainos to start, eventually panda cories and neon tetras) and then some larger fish later. (red tail shark for sure, maybe some German blue rams)

hey thats a cool looking setup, is that a rock formation you have there at the back on the right or is it the background? hard to tell with the cloudy water.
if it is a formation it looks great, good job done there. And it shows you done some research but beware friend, red tails are prone to boss small fish around and can be very aggresive when larger

welcome!!!!!!!!!

yup. its a rock formation. Its about 7 inches tall

Close up from before i filled the tank

it seems to be really stable, especially in the middle. I think i built it very well.

Im not that worried about the red-tail. Although i know they can be semi-agressive, most of their aggression is directed towards other sharks or fish that look like sharks. I dont think ill be adding any others, so it should be ok.

Wow, nice looking tank you've got there :good: ! Not to mention a nice starter size. I wish I could have started with a size like that!!
Good job on the :book: up on all your information.
