Flowerhorns are a hybrid fish, and usually most hybrids are created infertile / sterile, and only in rare cases can breed.

LOL, thanks guys. Well, I have bred them many times. I am raising fry right now, and actually have them for sale. If you are interested here is the link to my sell thread on another board:

They are NOT sterile, it's a common misconseption created by the sterile BP phenomenon. FHs are usually quite fertile , my last batch was close to 800 babies.

The reason they are divided and I am not letting them go on, is that I dont have space to properly take care of it. I already have two indoor ponds and a 60g devoted to the batch i am raising.
