My Female Swordtail Answers?

I recently purchased 2 swordtails (2 female 1 male). 2 days ago one of my female's died not sure why,but havnt had a chance to replace her. The male follows the female all the time altho it doesn't look like he's trying to breed, but anytime he even swims near the female she becomes quite boistrous and swims into him to chase him off

What does this mean?? Any answers??

Well it could just be that she's the dominant one lol! In my tank my Black female Sword is the dominant one. It could also be that she doesn't want him anywhere near her because he may try and mate.

Is he flairing his fins as well whe this happens?
If so then this is all part of the courtship.
