i think she is pregnant the missus isnt to sure

she has a bigger belly than the rest and if i have the right anal fin(underneath the fish and furthest to the back) there is a darkened area just forward of it it is noticable but not promanant i cant get a close enough pic of her to show can anyone help please

Is there a black spot just underneath the anal fin if so then yes she is pregnant do you have a medical/spare tank you can put her into to save her from alot of stress?

Underneath her anal fin or just forward of it i didnt think you could get underneath her anal fin

Well, they technically always have a spot there, since it's where the females also store the sperm and the eggs and such. But if it's pretty dark, she'll be pregnant. We're talking about the spot right near where her tummy and tail meet. Correct?

my females constaly have a pitch black gravyard spot aside from the odd time i look at them its a peachy colour.
this could be because theres males in there and they are constantly pregnent but still using the darkness of the gravyard spot to determin how soon shes gonna pop is usless for me
