My Cycling Process Please Help

Hi i am in the middle of my cycling and was wondering if i add stress zyme to filter or water please

Put it in the water.  It'll end up flowing (several times) through your filter anyway.  (Just like in case you'd put it in your filter, the first thing it would do is flow out of it once you start it.)
 
It doesn't really matter where you put it, as it's a liquid.

It also wont do much if anything to help with cycling.

I'm currently dosing my tank with the API stress zyme too so i'll get back to you with my advice soon.

i think stress zyme wont cycle a tank but will help it
