I have read that I have not to feed my baby cons until the yolk sacks have been fully eaten and they are free swimming, does this mean i have not feed the adults until then also?

does feeding the parents not trigger their need to feed again, as durring giving birth they stop so they do not eat the fry... and if the parents start feeding too son, they may eat the fry... this may not be the same species of fish... im not sure, so please don't not feed them on my account.

Feed as normal, cons are excellent parents, a good starting point for breeding cichlids due to their ease of breeding. I just fed the normal flakes & pellets, while taking some of the flakes & crushing finely. I just sold 20 cons this weekend to make tank room for some angel fry.

Feed the fish as you normally wood without the fry, once the fry are old enough the parents will feed the fry some of their food. When you remove the babies you can feed them crushed up flakes and such.
