My clown loach is in a bad way

Hey all..

My clown loach has velvet, its pretty distressing to look at. Today, while feeding, I noticed it also has a chunk taken out of its side - its oviously been picked on.
Can I use Ich medication (either "White Spot Remedy" or Triple Sulfa) and Melafix at the same time? I'm sure I've read somewhere that you shouldn't do it, so if thats the case - which one do I use?
I've just done a water change so now is the time to add meds...

I'm not sure does it say inthe instructions if it treat velvet, be careful with clown loaches and med you might have to half dose if it says to with clown loaches.

Yep, says it treats velvet, but can I use melafix simulateneously?

(Ingredients in the multi-cure are methylene blue, malachite green and acriflavine)

No i wouldn't, as there already disinfectants in the velvet med
