Wow... You seem to be right! The colors seem a little off though compare to other pictures in the profile...

Ill try to get a better pic. He has much darker lines along his side but the light blocked most of them out.

definitely not an electric blue.
semper has it right, remember AFO, that not all fish have the exact same colouration.
